The Unionwell Air Pressure Switch Wind Pressure Switch for Stove is a sensitive and reliable air pressure switch widely used in boilers and water heaters to detect changes in air pressure within the combustion system, ensuring smooth exhaust and safe operation. Its operating temperature range is -40℃ to +90℃, and it has electrical specifications of 16A, 250VAC, and can withstand a maximum pressure of 4000Pa.
As a gas stove air pressure switch, it supports an operating pressure range of 25–1500Pa and has a minimum switching pressure of 10Pa. It provides stable pressure judgment during ignition, exhaust, or fan operation, ensuring timely shutdown protection under abnormal air pressure conditions.
As an air pressure switch meticulously designed by a micro switch manufacturer, it uses a highly sensitive and reliable microswitch as its main switching element. Installation and sampling tubing connection setup
Installation：The switch diaphragm should always be installed vertically to ensure the factory-calibrated opening pressure is achieved; avoid installing the pressure sampling tubing upwards.
For Positive Pressure Sensing Only: Connect the pressure sampling tubing to the H terminal and leave the L terminal open to the atmosphere.
For Negative Pressure Sensing Only: Connect the pressure sampling tubing to the L terminal and leave the H terminal open to the atmosphere.
Differential Pressure Sensing: Connect the high-pressure sampling tubing to the H terminal and the low-pressure sampling tubing to the L terminal.
